Aman Bakshi
It all started with a struggle to shed some body weight. From trying hard core gymming to all sorts of workouts, she tried yoga classes as well and there felt an instant connection with the practice after which, there was no looking back!
Leaving her career as a Fashion Merchandiser behind, Aman completed her Yoga Teacher’s Training (500 hours) under the Sivananda Yoga Tradition and started teaching full time. She holds an experience of teaching yoga in Delhi for more than 7 years now. She is also a trained Yin Yoga teacher (100 hours) and specializes in this field. She has undergone various yoga & healing programs and workshops including Sound Healing, Introductory course in Ayurveda, which complement to her knowledge. She has hosted & led many Yoga retreats around the country.
Her experience in teaching makes her reach out to the students according to their personal needs. Her interpersonal skills and creativity reflect on her teaching style. Always a keen learner, she believes that a dedicated yoga routine is the key to a positive self image.

Her journey towards yoga started from her childhood days when she imbibed her love for yoga from her first ever Guru, her father with whom she practiced some of the very initial surya namaskars of her life at the age of 15.Definitely a proud moment and experience then and now!
After finishing her graduation in B.Com(HONS) and post graduation in retail management, and her passion for fitness made her pursue Reebok Fitness Certification and several fitness workshops. Practicing as an aerobics instructor in her 20s gave her immense joy and experience. Later ,carrying forward the invaluable gift of yoga and her inclination towards this discipline, she pursued her Yoga Teachers’ Training under Sivananda Yoga Tradition in 2016.She worked selflessly as a yoga teacher in various Sivananda yoga centres in and around Gurgaon. She has a noble and dedicated approach towards her practice and profession. Now, being a mother of two daughters,she still keeps herself connected to the wonderful world of Yoga.She enjoys being a part of various yoga events held by different organisations. Always a keen learner,she believes that a dedicated yogic routine is the key to positive self image.
