Return Policy

Shipping

  • The shipping of the products is available Pan India
  • Standard shipping cost is applicable on all orders.
  • The shipping time may vary from order to order, depending on where you live.

Cancellation 

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer any cancellation once the order is placed.

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days, after which we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. 
  • In case of size issues, we offer an exchange of size to the customer. Please note, that the company offers a One-time size exchange policy only.
  • In case of damages or defects, we offer you a refund/exchange. You will have to write in to us at [email protected] with the issue and an image for the same, and our team will reach back to you within 48 hours.
  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund or exchange post approval, for which you shall receive a mail. 
  • Incase of Refunds, the amount will be automatically credited to your original mode of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note, the shipping cost is not a part of the refund. 
  • To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received by the customer, including the tags, original packaging and the invoice.
  • The exchange or refund policy does not apply to the Sale items.
