Aman is one of the finest human beings I know. She is genuine, humble, sincere, hard working and honest. These attributes translate naturally into making her an outstanding Yoga teacher. She has a very empathy for her students and an incredible ability to adapt her teaching to the varying capacities and needs. She is also one of the few teachers who brings an integrated practice to the table comprising a very stable balance between Asana and Pranayama. Personally speaking, I started my Yoga practice very late in life, and as an older and less flexible male, my needs and expectations from Asana practice are very different from most other people. Over the years, Aman has been a huge help for me on this journey, first as a friend and now as a teacher. She explains scaled versions of each asana and also, incorporates regular periods of relaxation that help recovery. She also adds variety and challenge to every class within a consistent basic structure, and that helps me challenge myself mentally and physically. I look forward to each class with her, and to grow my Asana and Pranayam practice under her continued guidance.

She is not just calming, extremely knowledgeable but she also carries an aura of grounding that is unique to her.
 
She would work you automatically to your mood and body feel on that particular day.

It’s been over 5 years that we have been your regular clients for yoga classes. During pre covid it was physical and during and after it’s been virtual classes. I managed to improve my postures and over all health not to forget learnt “शीर्ष आसन” or Head stand. Even manmeet learnt the head stand during covid virtual classes. 
The class style is personalised and tailor made as per the health and flexibility of the client which is remarkable.

I had such a wonderful experience being a part of Yoga Retreat in Kerala this year. Both women are amazing yoga instructors and just really fun people to be around. 
Learning about the different types of yoga(hatha,yin), practicing all different types of asanas, learning the vedic chants and morning sunrise vows all while being immersed in the beautiful setting ashram was an experience I’ll never forget.
 
Mind blowing delicious and Sattvic healthy meals at this ashram which only helps one feel happy and energetic!
